  • Can I see samples before placing an order?
    Yes. Please contact us to discuss the specific item you're interested in and its availability for sampling. Sample FAQs Are samples free? Not quite! We offer refundable samples. You'll pay for the sample and shipping upfront, but if you place a larger order later (minimum 100 pieces), we'll refund you the full cost of both the sample and its shipping. How will I receive my sample refund? The sample and shipping cost refund will be processed through your original payment method, once your qualifying order has been confirmed and shipped out.
  • How can I get the best price on my order?

    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
